Well were to get started. I purchase a [redacted] and it was good when test driving it. Everything was okay for the first week or two until it start messing up. First sometimes it wouldn't start or if it did it would turn off at random times including driving which I'm thankful never got into an accident. Second the suspension starting to act up in the rear and then it was all low to the ground. Very unsafe!
I called and got the truck in since they said they would help me out. They fix the turning off/starting problem and suspension was good until it start messing up again not even a week later but this time only on the rear left side.
I called again and they said it will cost me $80 to repair so I was like okay then. They "fixed" it. Started to mess up again in a week.
Now they just won't help me out anymore and making me give money to a repair which did nothing.
I fixed the rear brakes which was just awful and which cost me $350 and I asked the mechanic how much it cost to fix suspension it would be around $800 which I don't have.
This truck unsafe for me and my family. I use it for work since need a vehicle to carry a lot of food since I'm a catering driver.
I would like to get my down payment back or trade for a better vehicle which I'm okay spending more a month as long I know its safe and no major issues with it.
Its been a nightmare since I purchase this vehicle which isn't right paying for each month when its unsafe.
