Mr. [redacted] was given an estimate for wheel flares for his vehicle on 1/18/2017 at this time Mr. [redacted] placed a $100.00 deposit. These flares were a special order part and was advised that there was no refund on special order parts. On 1/25/17, on the day that he was scheduled to bring the vehicle...

in, Mr. [redacted] came in and wanted his money back for the flares because he had had the flares done elsewhere. He was informed again at that time that the parts were a special order and that there was no refunds. Mr. [redacted] agreed to and was given the flares for his $100.00 deposit instead of at the full cost of $225.00.
