West Mechanical installed my new boiler/hot water combination unit three years ago and has given it the annual maintenance serviceThis year the serviceman said it needed a new igniter/ heat senser probe that inserts in the combustion chamber They told me the part would cost $and the service call $plus taxAlthough the unit came with a year parts and labor warrenty, they told me it wasn't covered because my water quality was badI explained that my water has nothing to do with the combustion chamber and suddenly it was covered and the serviceman replaced the part I checked the cost of the part, and Faber quoted me $plus shipping--the $price is far from a fair markup for parts After I called them on trying to screw me out of nearly $600, all they had to say way "hope you don't have any hard feelings" Stay away from this business, they give a new meaning to the word "honesty"

I was very disappointed with their parts markup of 737% and will not use them again
