Response: We spoke with Mr. [redacted] on the phone and most everything in his complaint is exactly what was discussed. The only issue is that at the time of placing the order, Mr. [redacted] did not mention one time that he was wanting a "6 spoke" wheel. Many things were discussed at the time of him placing...

the order, but he never mentioned that the number of spokes on the wheel would determine his purchase. It is common knowledge that an 8 lug wheel will have 8 spokes. The spokes align with the lugs for structural stability. It is physically impossible to provide Mr. [redacted] with the wheel he ordered in a "6 spoke" version, for his 8 lug truck. If he would have told us that one of his needs for his purchase was that the wheel have 6 spokes, we could have told him before he ordered that he could not order what he wanted, because it doesn't exist. Mr. [redacted] never mentioned the Moto Metal 972 wheel as an option when he placed the order. Mr. [redacted] understands that even the Moto Metal 972 wheel does not have the desired 6 spokes. Mr. [redacted] called and ordered 18x9 Hostile Havoc wheels for his 1984 C2500 truck and we provided him exactly what he ordered. Mr. [redacted] could have simply mentioned wanting a 6 spoke wheel at the time of purchase, and any issues would have been avoided. We offered to exchange the wheels according to our posted company policy, but Mr. [redacted] refused.
