Horrible company that take advantage of elderly and disabledMy mother-in-law has been waiting months for a wheelchair part They do not answer the phone and NEVER call back from voice mails There has to be another option for RichmondStay away
My sister who depends 100% on her electric wheelchair called the supplier at 5pm about her chair not working. THE MANAGER [redacted] INSISTS NOTHING CAN BE DONE TILL TOMORROW! Do they care as to the danger they place the patients in that rely on their horrid equipment? This is not the first time this has happened. I am so angry..I want to tell it to the news, radio and all so no other patient has to be placed in this type of problem! Imagine, being totally unable to walk, in your final and worst stages of MS, to be told that you must wait till the next day. So in other words, stay there in the chair that will not move all night for a minimum of 15-16 hours until they feel like coming out. UNREAL! WILL NEVER recommend this company to anyone~! A Disgrace!
Poor customer service. Our physical therapist tried for 3 months to get a wheelchair for us. They kept denying her request but would not notify her. She had to call them weekly and they made her revise her paperwork each time with insignificant changes. We finally cancelled the order and when I was put in a rehab facility, the doctor ordered it and we got it immediately.
Now I am getting charges on the hospital bed we ordered that I don't understand. I have called 5 times to get an explanation of the charges. I get transferred to a voice mail and never get a return call. Customer service said they would look into it and get back to me, but never did.
