I have been a client for years and have nothing but admiration for the professionalism of the doctors and staff Recently my yrold West Highland White Terrier, ***, began having gastric problems that was first treated with medication and when that failed an endoscopy and biopsies were taken and it was revealed she was not digesting protein in a way and was placed on PW selected food This finicky dog who weighed lbsnow looks forward to eating and has so much more energyThank You *** *** ***

Had an Appointment to bring my dog in for boarding. The receptionist was extremely rude. Kept me there for 6 hours for the vet to examine my dog when they already had all my records. They told me the vet was busy so after waiting for 6 hours the vet finally gave him a 5 min exam just to charge me extra money before finally excepting my dog. Disgraceful business practice.
