West Fence

On 12 Nov, I contacted Brad West od West Fence for a fencing project. He previously did a large section of fence between myself and my neighbor. On 19 Nov, I received his bid by text and email. On 2 Dec I paid an $1800.00 deposit, he cashed the check at Moneytree on 5 Dec. I told him on 1 Dec I wanted the fence done soon, though no specific date was set. He came over and placed 12 metal fence posts in concrete and that is the last we have seen him. My last contact in Dec after numerous excuses as to why he couldn't continue was on 16 Dec. I sent him a text on 11 Feb (I was out of town for a month) and received a reply on 13 Feb. He asked if I wanted him to complete the fence or give me a refund. I told him at this point I just want a refund. His texts became abusive as I had posted on Neighbors Next Door about asking for anyone else with issues with him to contact me. He has accused me of lying, fabrication and delusions.
