I purchased the Elite Freight Dispatching Course on 12/27/19. I was not satisfied with the service/product therefore I requested a refund on 1/2/2020. Per the company policy, it states if you are dissatisfied with the product or service we wish to grant you a refund. Refunds are available up to 7 calendar days after purchase. It also states we will make it painless as possible to receive your refund. Needless to say, that hasn't happened. I've sent several request to [email protected] as well as [email protected] to have my refund processed. The owner Antoine West has not responded to any of my emails or text messages. If anyone else has received the same or similar experiences with this High Speed Logistics, LLC, Antoine West or West Family Logistics, LLC, please share your experience on how you were able to resolve the issue.
