Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/11/22) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] , CEO Contact Phone: [redacted] Contact Email: [redacted] CGI, Incis in the business of machining gears and component parts CGI, Incseldom sells its used machinery and equipment and that is not core to our business In this case our advertisement for a used Hob Sharpener was answered by an interested party in ***We do not typically transact business with parties outside of the United StatesIn spite of our hesitation dealing with this buyer, we approved the sale with the following understanding: Our terms of sale were FOB our site in Carson City We required the buyer to take delivery at our site and provide for their own packaging, transportation, insurance, and any cus***s duties We loaded the equipment on the carrier of his choosing When it was discovered that we had not loaded the spare parts at issue, we responded timely and diligently to make a follow on shipment, at our cost However, that shipment was rejected by [redacted] and retuned at our cost Since then, the freight company has made several attempts to gain approval from [redacted] , without success As an alternative, we offered to ship to his domestic address or make those parts available for the buyer to pick up at our factory in Carson City and for him to be responsible for transporting them into ***, since he can deal with cus***s directly and he is familiar with the processIn a good faith effort we repeatedly offered to provide monetary compensation to defray the additional expense of the logistics involved so that the buyer would not be out of pocket due to our error To date [redacted] has repeatedly refused our efforts to resolve this issue and [redacted] continues to contribute to the delays he mentions With respect to the Revdex.com filing, [redacted] complains about lost time while not being able to use the machine without the spares, yet he refuses to take responsibility to have the spares picked up from us and transported to ***, where we have agreed to recompense him for the expenses of transportWe have no knowledge regarding shipping into ***, he doesIn addition in this Revdex.com complaint, for the first time we see that he wants a complete refund of the original purchase along with the shipping costs he incurred initially moving the equipment into ***, ignoring the fact that we have made the spares available to him in a timely manner We do not intend to provide a refund for the sale of this used machinery, nor do we plan to deal with the logistics involved in getting the equipment back to the U.S In conclusion: the spares are available, the funds from us are available to defray the transport and cus***s fees that [redacted] will incur; the estimates of which were provided to us by [redacted] ***'s drayage company If [redacted] sincerely wants to resolve the complaint that he cannot use the machine in [redacted] without the spares, then he should proceed to get those spares to [redacted] at our expense as offered Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/11/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The first issue we had was trying to purchase our family tickets and the staffdidnt know what they were doingWhat was taking others for minutes took us almost half an hourThen while at the water park we had staff that was constantly harassing us and then when my fiancée went to take my two
and nine year old on a slide they said he needed to go on a single because it was taking too long for a triple yet kids under sixteen needed to be with an adultThey were supposed to send a double down at the same time as my fiancée and they didn't then send my nine year old down on a double with my two year oldThey then proceeded to get stuck and they needed to be walked down a slide Next incident was spoiled milk that my five year old drank in the food courtThen horrible guest service attendant when we were looking for information, she was actually on the phone gossiping with someone then rude attitudeNext was we went bowling and we were told our two year old would be free as well and instead we had to pay for his shoesSame bowling alley had a special on half price food we were then told we couldn't order as it ended the previous weekend and they couldn't change prices even with management approval (we have pictures of signage)Then mini golf which there was a horrible family causing disturbances and bad behaviour and staff refused to say anything to them after numerous complaintsTen amusement park my son was tall enough for rides and staff said nope even though they had measuring tools said they maleness the final decisionRides that had the same height requirement he was allowed on some and not othersTried water park again and staff were much better in certain ways until a lady literally verbally assaulted me and staff member just stood there and stared didn't do anything There was an issue with going to the one pub restaurant that allows children and there were only two tables taken and we were told a half an hour wait, once we mentikned the two tables only she snarled at us and said it's too bad it's half an hour These issues took place over two days! We tried to enjoy our third day that's didn't include the pass and it was fine a and we didn't deal with staff we ended up leaving by six am on Friday when our original goal was to stay until dinnerA ruined vacation to say the leastDealing with the managers who called me was even worse
