Please resolve my complaint
I was able to talk to the owner of WCRB yesterday, and he sent a workman out to my home to resolve the issue
Please do not contact them
It turns out, that when I was attempting to resolve the issue with WCRB, I was contacting someone who no longer works for the
company that installed the skylights. Once I contacted the owner of the contracting company, he got right on the problem, and he sent someone out to look at it yesterday, and he looked at it, and made arrangements to fix it as soon as there are some rain free days
