This office is the worst I have ever experienced in my years of life Not only do the doctors treat you like it's a production line, but they have you make multiple visits for no reason I started as a new patient with one doctor and made an appointment for a follow up visit only to find out my doctor was leaving I went for a follow up, and the doctor was completely unprepared for my visit She had no idea why I was there when I'm sure my records had the information She didn't know I was on a particular medicine until I asked for a refill At that time she asked me why I was on such a low dosage I explained the first doctor had started me there to see how I did Again, no review of my records She then had me have blood drawn and scheduled another follow up for that At the follow up she told me the results and admitted to not knowing anything about it It was a wasted visit for which the office was paid top dollar This week I needed a refill on my blood pressure medicine They don't answer the phones, so I left two messages on two different days before getting a return call I was told I needed to come in for an exam I agreed to their earliest available days away and requested enough blood pressure medication for the next days She confirmed my pharmacy information The office called back to inform me they would not give me a refill on the medication I now have to go off BP medicine for days so they can examine me and have no idea if my BP medicine was effective I'm sure that's a tactic to force me into another follow up visit after I start over on the BP medicine This office is a TOTAL scam They should be investigated for their unethical business practices not to mention endangering my well being by denying the BP medicine I need
