I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I accept this response, pending refund. Further research on my part has not indicated a clear and specific intent to defraud. I am still a bit curious about the presence or absence of business licenses, if such are requiredThank for your prompt response to this matter
I would like to state for the record this complaint has been filed by a person who is using the internet to harass people and businesses and file bogus complaints from Oregon.I do online sales, and his payment was received on 3-5-15. He accepted the terms of the sale and the very morning...
his order was to be shipped, he began filing complaints across the internet, even though proof of shipment had been provided by photo email, and USPS.His money was promptly refunded yesterday 3-19-15, and sent by USPS Priority mail Adult Signature Required, Tracking Number: [redacted]This is a clear instance an abuse of the Revdex.com system and other internet forums. If this harassment continues, I will be forced to take legal action on this individual.
Review: I purchased an item form [redacted], AKA Pat Marlins, DBA West Coast Engineering, I paid for the item and have not received it. There have been other complaints about this business not filling orders, over a period of several years. There is no indication that there is a valid business license associated with this entity. This appears to be an example of internet fraud.Desired Settlement: I feel that some action needs to be taken to insure that other people do not fall victim to this individual.
