Several deficiencies in the new home and no response from the builder We bought house [redacted] in May-2014 and till now did several attempt to contact the builder ([redacted]) to fix the issues but he didn't respond at all. We contacted [redacted] but almost 90% stuff is not covered under warranty as these are incomplete tasks. There are 2 items which City of Saskatoon has mentioned are not according to Building Code and he is not ready to fix those also.Its been two years and still waiting to hear from them.[redacted]Desired SettlementComplete all pending deficiencies or provide money to complete those.
