I called B & J today about an electrical issue I was having with my air compressorThe lady I spoke with said they do not service the type of component I was having trouble with but offered to pass me to her dad who is an electrician to see if he could help before I spent $on rebuilding the motor/components, shipping, and the time it would take to rebuild it Jack spent minutes on the phone with me trouble shooting my issueTurns out it was faulty receptaclesB & J didn't charge me a dime and were friendly the entire timeAnyone can certainly see they could have taken advantage of meJust like the technician from the manufacturer was going to do!
