I've lived here for 1/years and it use to be a nice, clean and safe place to live when Fairfield was the property manager Ever since MG properties has taken over the complex has gone down hill Me and my dogs have twice been attacked by off leash dogs with the most recent attack being pitbulls I reported it to MG properties and they're like oh well we can't do anything about it if you can't tell us their apartment number The grounds are always filthy and full of dog waste I'm actually going out to buy a firearm tomorrow because MG properties cannot ensure the safety of me and my pets Yeah think about that for a bit I have to arm myself just to walk my dogs THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR CHILDREN OR PETS!!! MG Properties only cares about getting the tenant's money and not the actual tenants themselves I will not be renewing my lease and you shouldn't sign one here either
