West Alabama TV Cable Company

Hands down the Worst company I have ever done business with. Over charging for cable service and internet. We are paying for over 30 channels we can't even get. When we complain we are told just to have it disconnected and go somewhere else. We have been lied to continuously by their employees and were told we would have 100 mgs of wi-fi speed and the best we have ever gotten was in the 60s. To top it off we recently found out the owner is *** who supposedly owns/owned this joke of a company but supposedly sold to Spectrum in early 2019. Either way he needs to be exposed and voted out of office in my opinion, if this is the kind of unethical business man he is. As of today Spectrum told us our address is still not serviceable. Simply put we're paying this sorry excuse of a business $142.00 per month and have been victims of fraud. I would encourage anyone doing business with these crooks to stop and take their business elsewhere. If I could give them a negative five star rating it would be too good for this group of crooks. Clearly the reason this company isn't Revdex.com accredited.
