I have attached the rental invoices they have emailed meI also have all the email conversations between myself and the collections agent ***Please let me know if you would like me to forward themIn those emails you will see that the up to date spreadsheet of total owed they have in their
records is less than the amount that's on the collections letter, not including the interestAlso, there is a rental invoice where there is no invoice number for the actual liquid oxygen tankLastly, they weren't able to provide me with any documents that validate the debt as to why I was charged $rental fee per day when I remember discussing with the account manager a rental fee of between $1-$per dayMy wife emailed their account manager for a pricing quote for the same 230ltr tank and he gave her a quote of $for the tank plus $rental fee per dayWhen I asked if they could look into my account information to verify or show me based on what parameters I would be charged almost 7x more than what their account manager quoted me, they said they can't comment because the billing was different in and only the account manager knows why they would charge me a certain amountI offered to pay in full for the $per day rental fee but was informed by *** to seek counsel because she was going to advise her clients to proceed with legal action right awayAgain I have all the emails which goes into detail but basically they won't give me any information or documents to validate the debt in regards to the rental fee of $I emailed my past account manager and no response I also offered to come in person but they told me to only speak to *** because it was a legal matter
