Purchased a new home and closed in October 2015. There are repairs that need to be done and the company will not professionally complete them. The few repairs that have been done are falling apart. There is a leak in a new home when it rains out side. Paint has been dropped all on the floor and on windows. Nails are popping out to the wall inside the house and from the roof outside the house. Jobs are never finished. Trees have not been removed from the yard. The AC unit went out, doors would not lock or close (safety concerns), and there are cracks all throughout the house.Desired SettlementI want this company to come out to the home and professionally complete all repairs. If he is unable to this this take this house back so I can purchase from a professional company.
