We installed a system, working properly, On January 7th received a phone call of no heat and no hot water freezing weather of the winter of 2013, caused the circulator pump to freeze and not functionThe heater room was full of holes in the door, not insulatedCirculator was damaged from the freeze up system had shut downWe advised him to to close up the holes several timesWe thawed, repaired and replaced broken pipes caused by the freeze up which caused the circulator not to workThe system shut down because of the freeze up due to the holes in the door Sent on: 10/21/2:09:PM
