I am rejecting this response because:**The circulator pump was faulty before it froze up The business came out twice BEFORE the pump froze The freeze up occurred on the third pump failure At this time, Werner came out and defrosted itFinally, upon the fourth time the failure occurred, Werner Finally replaced the faulty circulator pump If they had done that in October when the issues started to surface, the problem would not have occurred We saw that Werner places the freeze up in Jan and does not mention the two previous visits and the one subsequent visit afterwards

Review: Through an offer from South Jersey Gas Co. we had an oil heating system converted to a gas heating system, in September, 2013. After installation was completed, the system shut down four times in four months due to a circulator pump problem. The first two times Werner came out and got the system operating. On the third failure, with the system shut down, the pipes froze. (end of Dec.2013). Werner came out, repaired the freeze up, and got the system operating. Two weeks later, system failed for a fourth time. Werner at this point , replaced the circulator pump and got the system to work. There have been no problems since. Recently, they have billed us for $1714.14 repairing the freeze up. The problem was the circulator pump from the start. Had they replaced it when problems first started, we wouldn't have had the freeze up, which was caused by the failure of the circulator pump.Desired Settlement: Since this is a warranty issue, Werner needs to bill the manufacturer and stop billing us.
