Review: I feel I wasn't given the right information before signing up for the "40 Day Reset" diet. The Zyto scan was done, then was shown on the computer test results, then was shown how much the total program cost. I signed up for it without thinking what else was involved. I was never told that if I decide I didn't want to do it that I would still be charged $525.00 for the scan. The total program was $2100.00. I tried to talk to them but they didn't want to hear it. My credit card was already charged. I did dispute it, at first after 6 weeks with [redacted] investigation, they sent me a letter stating that the inquiry was resolved and that my account was credited on 9/*/2015, but if the company replies back by 10/*/2015 and the info is valid I would be charge back the $525. I received another note from [redacted] on 9/*/2015 saying that my credit card will be charge back since the merchant supplied them with supporting documents and was forwarded accordingly. I called [redacted] on 9/*/2015 and they said that since they supplied them with the documents they feel that its out of their hands now.Desired Settlement: My credit card was already charged. Would like $525.00 refund to my [redacted] account.
