Wenzco Supplies, LLC. is shielded effectively by their business manager Steve Y.
I call Wenzco many times regarding an unpaid invoice.
On the forty fifth day, I called Wenzco Supplies and got Steve Y. who said, "Email me your invoice, I'll look into it AND I will get back to you". Steve stated Wenzco pays in 60 days. I emailed the invoice again. Steve Y has not responded.
A few days later, I called and Steve Y said a check had been cut on Dec 12, 2019. He could identify the check number. He would look it up and "get back to me". Steve Y has not responded.
On the 75th day I called Wenzco Supplies, LLC. and was disconnected twice. So I called the Owner on his cell phone. The Owner took my call, said he would check into payment and "get back to me".
The Owner has not responded.
On the 98th day I called Wenzco Supplies, LLC. They won't take my calls. Their answering machine says "left a message and we will get back to you in one or two hours". Neither Steve Y or the Owner has gotten back to me.
This business has a tarnished reputation. I kick myself for having done business with them again. I had to give them one star but they deserve less than half a star.

Wenzco Supplies, LLC does not own up to their mistakes. They will promise to fix their mistake but will not follow through. You must pay in advance for their products. Good luck getting your money back for a refund.

On 5/30/2018 I ordered a product and paid in advance. They sent the wrong item so I called them about their mistake. They said that I needed to return the item first before they would ship the right product. They promised to send a return label to me. Four weeks,several emails, and thirty or fourth phone calls later I still do not have the label. They promised to fax me the label. They promised to email me the label. They promised to mail me the label. All lies. All I want is what I paid for.
