Review: The company has requested homeowners association fees for four years ago and up through this present date have never issued me an itimized bill.Desired Settlement: Reslove this issue!

Review: FirstService Property Management formerly, Wentworth Property Management is unresponsive. On March 8, 2014 my [redacted] Condominium in [redacted] suffered a major fire. My unit was effected and I am no long able to live there. Since the fire I have repeatedly requested information from FirstService about how long it will be before reconstruction can begin. To date, 4 months later, I have gotten no response at all from them and no work has been initiated at the sight. At this point I can not communicate what repairs are necessary to my insurance company, nor am I allowed to begin any repairs on my own. Because I can not live there and have no idea how long it will be, I have been paying rent at another residence along with continuing to pay my mortgage and taxes for the condo. I have stopped paying my maintenance fees, which are now in collection, because I can not use my unit or any of the services provided as part of my maintenance. The association is allowing someone else to park in my parking space which is covered under my fees. I should not pay for someone elses parking.Desired Settlement: I should not have to pay maintence fees for services I can not render. Nor should I have to pay them to a non-responsive company. These issues are their responsibility along with the Condo Association which also is unresponsive to my communications.
