At their drive-thru I asked for an extra cup. There was no charge listed for an extra cup. When my total for order was too high I asked them to list all items on my order. They did not mention an empty extra cup for $1.59. When I was at payment window I asked again to review my order because total was too high. They listed every item on the order but the charge for the empty cup. then at the pickup window I asked them a third time to review the cost of my order as it was too high. It was then the girl said they were chargin me for an empty cup $1.59! I gave them the cup back and said remove it from the order. She said they wouldn't that now I either take the empty cup which I was already charged for at previous windows unknowingly, or have it filled up with soda that I never wanted in the first place.

I am rejecting this response because: he erroneously sent Revdex.com a receipt that was not mine, and was from some other customer two days before I visitied the Wendy's! This clearly is an attempt to mislead Revdex.com. I have attached my receipt from 6/8 which shows the 1.59 charge for an empty paper cup which they categorized as "SM FREESTYLE" on the receipt.
Regards
