As soon as I got back from a business trip, I was made aware of this complaint, I tried to contact *** *** with no sucessI was told to refund her money, aplogize and make the client aware that the employee was terminated
We were
unaware of the fact that an employee was charging a nortary fee, and have since fired the employee who was doing so, which is also the same employee who that complaint was about
We do not conduct business in this manner and have taken steps to insure nothing like this happens again
We as a company are more than willing to refund *** money, however we have been unsucessfull in contacting her
Again we apologize for the inconvience and would like to send you, your refund as soon as possible
