Review: I purchased a replacement laptop charger from this business about 3 weeks ago. I had bought the same product from them earlier this year for $40.00, and this time they insisted that it cost $60.00 but gave me a "deal" at $55.00 (the same item costs $20.00 from an online store). I paid in cash and did not receive a receipt. I asked whether they provided refunds (because the last item I bought there broke after 2 months) and the salesman assured me that they would refund the product "if there was any problem at all." My charger stopped working after 2 weeks and when I went back to get my refund, the same salesman insisted that they do not do refunds and he would never had said that. While I was in the store another woman was there complaining about the same thing - she had bought two phone chargers from them in a matter of weeks and both had broken. I want to get the word out that this is a scam business that makes money by selling shoddy electronics at inflated prices and lying about their refund policy.Desired Settlement: $55.00 refund.
