Sunday, Sept. 6, 2026, my wife and I went to visit her family's grave, which is on South Ave. The cemetery was crowded, with multiple cars blocking most routes. My only non-blocked route was travelling East along North Street. I drove looking for a right turn to get to Central Ave, but I ended up near the end of the cemetery. There were no right turns available. Near the back of the cemetery, I turned around and travelled West on North Street. This once again confirmed that there was no left turn while travelling West on North Street to cross over to Central Ave. (and then to South Ave.). No left turn existed until I got near the front of the cemetery.
The map shows (named) ‘through’ streets between North Ave. and Central Ave, along with block numbers, but the map is wrong. The map does not reflect that it is actually one long continuous road from the back of the cemetery to near the front of the cemetery, westerly along North St. There is a dead end or two, but no left turns. The ‘blocks’ all meld into one continuous route.
As you can imagine, it is frustrating. Let the map reflect the true drivable routes in Wellwood.
Shrubs are trimmed once per care seasonThis is typically between mid June thru end of August, depending on location of interment. After receiving Revdex.com complaint, I found shrubs trimmed, but still covering lower name on monument.Shrubs were re-trimmed as low as possible without damaging them. These shrubs are almost years old
Attached, find pictures of grave plantings after we cut them back severelyIf requested we can cut them more.Bill S [redacted] Grounds Manager
Revdex.com:
*I wish to ask the management of Wellwood Cemetery to ensure that when my year old mother and I go to visit the graves of her beloved parents (my grandparents) that what greets us looks like the attached photos and not what we have previously seen on the premises. Perhaps I could receive an email after each of the trimmings so that I'll know it's safe to bring my mom there without causing an older woman undue distress? I'd like to thank Revdex.com for its intervention in resolving this situation
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved
Sincerely,

[Your Answer Here]
It is far more important to me and to my mother that the name of my grandfather, her father, *** ***, be visible, than whether the shrubs are damaged. Please make sure that his name shows regardless of whether that means shrubs get damaged in the process. Also, we have been out to visit that grave several times in the past year and at no time was his name visible. If there are any options available to ensure that visitors will always see his name, we would like to know what those options are and their costs
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
*** ***
