HORRRRRIBLEEEEEEE!!! I guess they see me as a "lady in distress" and tried to take advantage of the situation. I went in because my check engine light came on, and it was close to work. So I took it there after work, for them to scan the problem. They said it was one of the cylinder not working properly. They examined the car and found the actual problem, and said I need to replace the ignition coil pack and spark plugs for $450 plus $400 labor, in total $850. I showed them a print-out of the ignition coil pack from Autozone, and the price is $100. I asked [redacted] if this was the correct part, and he said he "can't tell me if it is or if it is not." Total BS. So I refused their service and paid the $35 for diagnosing my car. I bought the ignition coil with LIFETIME WARRANTY and spark plugs from Autozone for $125 total. My bro-in-law replaced the parts in my car in less than an hour. How dare they charge an INSANE $400 for labor? TOTAL RIP OFF! NEVER GO HERE!
