Wellstar Medical Group Cobb Gynecologists

I had an ultrasound performed by Dr. *** at Cobb Gynecologists and she failed to tell me that I had an ovarian cyst that was causing me pain. I went to the ER the same weekend she did the ultrasound and all WellStar Cobb hospital did was read Dr. ***'s note to me where she diagnosed me with a left ovarian cyst that I was NOT made aware that I had. I expressed to her during various visits that I had horrible pain and she neglected the problem. I spoke to the manager Robyn and she did not resolve anything and did not see where the doctor neglected my care, according to her. Now I am in collections for a $3,000 hospital bill that I could have avoided if I knew what exactly was wrong with me since I had an ultrasound done. I am very upset and hope some drastic changes can be done with the doctor and practice manager. She was suppose to call me with a resolution since December of 2019 and I have yet to receive a call from her.
