Your response literally addresses absolutely nothingFor the record I became upset with Jenn because she is rude, impatient, and unprofessional so let's stop with the " [redacted] was upset we do not communicate via email" crapPlease send a correct bill to both [redacted] and I along with the letters stating that this debt will be completely removed from our credit reports with no recordSeeing as how [redacted] spoke with Linda about this on 2/12/and was told that was no problem and letters would be sent out today, I am assuming this will not be an issueWe will issue payment as soon as we have this in writing

We received a collection against [redacted] & [redacted] for our client, [redacted] Properties Apartments, in the amount of $on 02/03/ The debt was adjusted to $04-05- [redacted] & [redacted] wrote our office 03-29- & we replied to both roommates [redacted] disputed the charges through the credit bureau by using the automated consumer dispute verification claiming we deleted the trade line from [redacted] ’s report and she wanted it taken off her report too We have been communicating with [redacted] only because only [redacted] reached out to our office regarding the charges We had not heard from Ms [redacted] since until an ACDV was returned to Experian verifying the $and dispute status on 02-04- She did call our office 11-19-and wanted information e-mailed but became upset when we told her we do not communicate via e-mail The next time we heard from Ms [redacted] was the receipt of the Revdex.com complaint Our client did quote a different amount so because $was given to Ms [redacted] we will accept this amount as full paymentWe have chosen not to process via [redacted] It is requested our response be forwarded by the Revdex.com office since we do not communicate via e-mail regarding debts

On January 16, Technician *** came to my home in search of termites for a realty transaction, found no proof of any around home found one live and two dead at base of deck post after digging inches or so deep and feet away from home, instead of spot treatment had to treat entire homeThen to top it off he flagged down neighbors and told them I had a massive infestation of termites and said he would check their home .They declined and contacted me to see if it was true I said no it was not true !! Not only did he lie about an infestation but was unethical tooI am appalled he is allowed to get
away with this and wonder how many others he has done this to??????

This has not been resolvedInstead back and fourth liesIt's pretty clear they try to force the bill on me that's not mind just as they just try to force a response on meThey just stated that if I reject the response then they will take it as I want to resolve it? No rejecting means it's not resolvedThey will not get a dime from meI have my home that I needed back in November so this will be on my record illegally until it falls off so either way you lose because it will just fall off by itselfBut because this account is not accurate I will be submitting a small claims court on this by FridayWe will let the judge decide.

Mr*** spoke to our representative on July 7, The account was paid in full on October 26, 2015, and a request to delete the trade line from *** was sent on July 7, Please see enclosed letter

*** *** was turned into FABCO 12/12/by *** for collection of $150.00. She is correct, we generated a letter requesting contact be made to resolve the $debt on the same day she paid the account in full. On 06-13-she spoke with several persons in our office all who
requested she provide proof of payment so we could verify our client received the $150.00. Ms*** paid our client at their office not FABCO, which is why it took a few days to get updated. The account is listed as paid in full and we have requested the trade line be deleted from her credit report
