Just so all of us, including the RevDex.com is in the same understanding, you have signed a contract to attend a course with the total amount owing of $2,900. You elected to... sign up early and receive a $500 early bird discount. With the enrollment in the program and signing of the contract there is a $400 non-refundable deposit that is clearly labelled as non-refundable. In fact, it is clearly identified as non-refundable in each of the three different locations that it is referenced in the contract and is further explained in the Refund Policy section of the contract. The contract is not a lengthy terms of service contract and only includes a refund policy and a student code of conduct policy section that could fit on a single page. For adult education courses, it is very common to have a non-re [redacted] We have actually gone a step further and offered you the ability to transfer your deposit to any other program that we offer be it the yoga teacher training programs in the summer or fall. If this is truly the case, Wellness Within will have no hesitation in issuing a refund for the deposit paid as this in my opinion would be just cause for the client to terminate the contract. I noticed the client sent in a picture of my current website schedule and a blank registration form. It appears they were trying to show proof that the date changed but I could not see what they were trying to show. I feel like I am missing something with what she sent. If you could take a look [redacted] and see if there is something that I am missing or if they could point out where in the documents that the date changed, I would be more than happy to issuing a refund. If I am mistaken with what they were trying to show, I will continue to ask around and see if any of the current students who signed up before Lea noticed that the schedule had a change.
