Review: On November 13, 2015 I mailed an order form to Wellness Products to get 2 products of theirs. The total cash was $40.00, which included the flat rate shipping charge of $18.00. A money order of $40.00 was mailed with the order form. As of this date I have not yet received the merchandise for a notice concerning same (my phone number is on the order form). I called the 2 toll free phone numbers multiple times to no avail. Each time I got a recording which announces that the Wellness Products mail box was filled an no further messages were being accepted, and to try later. The result was always the same. Once I got a different reply saying, leave your name and number and your call would be answered as soon as possible. That has not happened. They said that shipping would be by [redacted] ground.Desired Settlement: I cannot track the package because they did not tell me or write to me a tracking number; therefore [redacted] could not help me, and I could not get even a phone response from [redacted]. My local [redacted] was willing to help me, but could not. They need a tracking number by which to trace the package. Since neither Wellness Products not [redacted] in Folsom, CA gave me one I had none to give them. I do hope you are able to help resolves this situation. Thanks in advance for your attention to this matter.
