Wellness Diagnostics and Medispa did not numb my face appropriately when they performed the radio frequency micro needling. The numbing cream was only applied for 15 minutes on my face, when they began treatment the pain was excruciating and intolerable. The treatment was rushed and only lasted 15 minutes. They charged me $850 for a service they did not provide. I did not see any results from the treatment they provided me. Two weeks later I went to another clinic that charged me $500 for the treatment, they numbed my face for 90 minutes to ensure I don't feel the needles on my face, and they performed the treatment for one hour to ensure 1000 hits of the needles on my face and neck in order to see results. I was able to see immediate instant results, I went for another session to this clinic. I asked for my money back from Wellness Diagnostics because they did not provide the service I paid for. The manager there was very rude, unprofessional, threatening, accusing me of lies and fabrication, attacking my integrity, threatening me with his attorney, demanding pictures and signing a release, demanding receipt which I provided but he did not accept. He humiliated me, attacked my character, threatened me to the point I was feeling unsafe in my own home because they have all my personal information. He refused to give me my money back, he put up a very dirty fight using threats and attacks and humiliation. I only wanted my money back since they over charged me, misled me, and didn't provide the appropriate service I paid for.
We are responding to a complaint filed by a client on May 5, 2019. The complaint filed was due to the client wanting a refund after having received a treatment with improved results however claimed she did not receive the service we offered her. We have a refund policy that was signed by her voluntarily prior to the treatment being performed. As per our refund policy that she signed, 2/9/2019 states, “Results of any procedure is not guaranteed. In order to help with the best results from any procedure, it is imperative that follow up appointments are consistently kept without interruption.” Please see the policy attached for specific details. We worked patiently with her to give her a refund even though we would be not abiding by the refund policy. Despite her aggressive/demanding emails, text messages, and voicemail to us, we still were giving her the option of obtaining a refund and would just need to provide us with the receipt from her credit card company confirming that she did make the payment to the other clinic. The client stated in her email that she did not have the credit card receipt and stated that she did not want the refund anymore, and thus no refund was given.
We have attached a document listing the timeline and correspondence with the client and will address her claims in the order they were written.
On 3/30/2019 the client was scheduled for a follow up appointment to evaluate her results and see how she was progressing but she canceled her appointment and went to another clinic on 3/30/3019. According to the client she went to another clinic and received another similar treatment. Receiving this similar treatment 2 weeks later would have been too soon to have another treatment performed. Furthermore, the client states that she had visibly better results from the other treatment, however she did not provide before and after picture to us as requested to validate that their treatment was “better” and she stated that she could notice the difference. Taking before and after pictures in Aesthetic Medicine is a standard part of documentation for evaluation of the treatment, this is why we asked her to provide the photos. The results she is reporting was likely from our initial treatment. (Please see photos). We will not know unless we can compare what the other clinic did in comparison to what we did. In addition, the recommended time frame between treatments is 4 weeks. The clinic she received the treatment from should have known this and not have performed it at that time.
The client claims that she was not numbed adequately before the treatment and then stated that she was numbed for 1.5 hours at the other clinic. Numbing the client to 1.5 hours using our cream is contraindicated. We are unclear of what concentration that was applied to her skin at the other clinic. Each clinic can use their own formulation. We use medical grade numbing cream called BLT (Benzocaine/Lidocaine/Tetracaine)(20%/10%/4%). According to our pharmacist, our BLT should not be kept on skin for longer than 30 minutes due to the possible complications such as nerve injury, heart palpations, or PIH (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation). During her treatment she told us her discomfort level was 6/10 and not “excruciating and intolerable” as she mentioned in her statement. In addition, her only complaint after the treatment was she felt that the doctor should have increased the intensity (power) of the settings. If the power was increased, it would have been even more painful, likely bringing her pain to 8 to 10 on pain scale. This statement is contrary to her statement that it was “excruciating and intolerable.” Although she requested that the Doctor increase the settings, this request was declined for her own safety because it was her first treatment and that if settings were increased, she could run the possible risk for complications such as PIH, especially on her specific skin type. After her treatment, the client told our medical assistant that she could see the results and left the clinic feeling satisfied with her results and said she would be recommending our friends to our clinic. Given her positive feedback, when we learned that the client wanted a refund we were surprised.
The client states that she wanted a full refund because, “they did not provide the service I paid for.” The client did receive services on 3/15/2019. She also states that she did not see any results from the treatment we provided; however we have the immediately before and immediately after pictures showing the improved jawline, under the neck skin laxity, and laugh line improvement. Please see attached photo.
We offered the client a resolution of a full refund if she would provide the credit card receipt of $1500, the cost she paid at the other clinic. The client provided a handwritten receipt that indicated she paid by card. She informed us that she did not have proof of that credit card receipt/transaction. Requesting a copy of her credit card is within reason and is what other businesses ask for with price matching or refunds. The client stated in her email that she did not have a copy of the credit card receipt and began to send us more intimidating emails. Please see emails of client mocking our response to her actions (mocking us for seeking legal counsel and that she stated that she has more money than we do). Furthermore, the client states that the office manager was rude and threatening her, however, this is not the case. The office manager was polite, called her back as soon as he received the voicemail to address her concerns. The client did not return any calls, rather left condescending and demanding text messages and emails. Please see attached emails displaying this her aggressive character.
As far as “promises” the client claims were made regarding the treatment, as in our
refund policy that she signed, 2/9/2019, (please see attached document), “Results of any procedure is not guaranteed. In order to help with the best results from any procedure, it is imperative that follow up appointments are consistently kept without interruption.” The client did not follow through on her follow up appointment, rather she went to another clinic the same day she was supposed to be evaluated. We do not make any “promises” in terms of getting a specific result; however, we make recommendations on specific treatments that the client would benefit from. We also educate the clients on each treatment, pros and cons, alternatives, surgery, or no treatment at all, etc and let them make a decision based on the information provided to them. All clients sign an informed consent under no duress.
Lastly, we later found out that this client has tried to cheat another medispa by trying not to pay the full price for the aesthetic service she received. The client was recognized by our front desk staff. Our staff member used to work at another local medical spa and related to us that this client tried to defraud the other medispa by misquoting the price from the doctor to the front desk reception who was collecting payment. The doctor stated that the client was trying to deceive the front desk to pay less for the treatment rendered. The aforementioned information was related to us by the staff member who worked at the other medispa after hearing the clients voicemail she recognized who the client was immediately as she was the one involved with that incident.
In closing, this complaint is a form of retaliation from a customer who clearly states that she wants a refund because she found a “cheaper and better” place to obtain similar treatment. Just because a customer finds a “cheaper” deal elsewhere does not entitle them to a refund of services provided. Our refund policy was discussed and made clear prior any treatment performed and was signed by the client voluntarily. The customer did have noticeable results as seen in the before and after photos. We have responded to her requests amicably, offered multiple options, and have been very patient with her so that she could get a refund. We did inform her that we do not take her threats lightly as we work very hard to make sure that all our clients receive the best care at our clinic. We have never been in this situation before and tried to work with her and also reserve the right to defend our position. We stand by our quality work and take pride in our customer service. The client would have received a full refund; however, she stated she doesn’t have the receipt from her credit card and she also informed us to keep the payment and not to contact her again (please see email).
I hope that all the supporting documents, voice recording, text messages, emails are reviewed in detail so that we can have this unsubstantiated complaint closed and removed. We also hope that our reputation will remain intact and that other businesses will also do the same if in this situation if they know they are abiding by the appropriate standards and procedures.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further clarification, we are happy to provide any necessary documentation.
Sincerely,
Dr.***

Letter to Revdex.com: Response to Consumer
We have the staff member’s attached letter confirming that she interacted with this consumer, please see attached.
The Staff member who assisted the physician while she was performing the treatment has a written statement, please see attached.
The consumer has sent us numerous condescending email correspondences, text messages, and failed to return any calls so we could come up with a resolution. We acknowledge her concerns and wanted to address them; however the client failed to come in for follow up as she agreed upon. We sought legal counsel due to her aggressive interaction with us. Please see emails from the consumer, please see attached copy submitted to Revdex.com and her responses copied and pasted below.
Please see email correspondence, April 18, 2019
“You're actually consulting an attorney for a measly $850.00??? Your attorney is going to cost you $250.00 an hour and that is if he/she is a mediocre attorney, not really the best of the best, which would cost up to $500 an hour at least.
You should choose your battles wisely, this one is not worth it, at least it shouldn't be worth it to you and a firm like yours. You're putting up a fight for $850.00? That should be pocket change to someone like you! It actually is pocket change to me, but it's the principal I'm fighting for here.”
April 10,2019 Consumer’s response
“Again, I got a RF micro needling treatment, would you like the name of the clinic and the doctor? I'd be happy to provide it because you can learn a thing or two from them honestly. NO. You will not request to see my before and after pictures because now you're saying I'm a liar, are you attacking me and saying I'm lying? That is the most insulting thing I've heard. Especially coming from you, a supposedly respected clinic. You've met me Joe, a couple of times, do I look like a person who lies and I am not a person who lies or wants to fabricate stories to go after money, I make enough money to buy you and your business! If I was you, I'd be careful what I write, you may see it on the web one day.”
The consumer failed to provide the credit card receipt when asked in order to obtain a refund. As per her email, April 18, 2019, consumer stated that she does not have the receipt.
“I do not have a credit card receipt.”
It is standard process for any business to ask for a credit card receipt when a refund/price match is requested. The consumer provided a handwritten receipt that states she paid with a credit card almost 2 weeks later.
April 10th, 2019, Consumer stated that she would come in to sign indemnity agreement, however, she did not follow through.
“I will come in, you can have the release form ready for me to sign and have my money ready, I will sign, take what belongs to me back and I will leave peacefully.
Let me know when my money will be ready to be picked up. Email me a copy of the release you want me to sign prior to me signing it, I will run it by my legal counsel.
As a matter of fact, I urge you to process this refund and release electronically in order to avoid us meeting.”
In addition, we have provided before and after pictures showing her substantial improvement following the treatment. No before and after pictures or medical records were submitted to the Revdex.com from the other clinic she received treatment. We are unable obtain the consumers medical records from the medical clinic she received the treatment from because the consumer did not obtain a release of medical information to us and stated that she will not provide that information to us.
With respect to the consumer’s comment
“Mostly, I am so beyond offended and feel like I'm being discriminated against because of my race…..Are they saying this because I am part African?”
The response to the consumer has nothing to do with race. In fact, the office Manager mistakenly spoke to her in Spanish, however she stated, “I’m not Hispanic, I’m from Iraq.” The office manager immediately apologized.
Basically, this consumer stated that she wanted a refund because she found a clinic that did similar treatment that was cheaper. We would have given her a refund immediately if she came in for follow up to discuss her concerns as scheduled; however she canceled her two week follow up, supposedly went to another medical spa the same day as her follow up. Later, the consumer started to bombard us with email and text messages demanding a refund. This consumer also did not provide the credit card receipt so we could give her a refund.
We are willing to resolve this complaint as follows even though it would be breaking our own refund policy. We would like the Revdex.com to intervene and request the credit card receipt from the consumer as that would help facilitate this matter. We will refund the client for a full refund if she provides us with a copy of the credit card receipt. She will be able to easily obtain this from her credit card company.
In addition, she will need to remove her Yelp, Ripoff, google reviews and/or all her negative reviews. If the consumer is refunded, she needs to follow through on her statement, that if she gets a refund she will not post on social media. And finally, sign our indemnity agreement, releasing her from our care/business. We can have this submitted to the Revdex.com for her to sign. Once she has done all of the above we will submit the refund to the Revdex.com to send to her.
I am rejecting this response because:Dear Revdex.com,
First and foremost, I want to address what matters most to
me; my reputation and character;
Temecula Med Spa is closed, as a matter of fact, the ONLY
reason I went to Wellness Diagnostics Medispa is because THEY called me as a
result of me leaving message and email for Temecula Med Spa, Dr. ***,
requesting an appointment for Botox and a peel. Dr. ***, from Temecula Med spa,
had done 2 chemical peels for me in the past few years, he also did Botox for
me. I had no intentions of going to Wellness Diagnostics Medispa, my intention
was always to stay with Dr. *** at Temecula Med Spa. When Wellness
Diagnostics contacted me soliciting my business, I asked about Temecula Med spa,
they told me that Dr. *** “up and left” and closed the clinic and gave them
all his patients contacts and access to appointment requests.
The mysterious “former Temecula med spa employee” who wrote
this statement is lying, and so is Wellness Diagnostics. I never asked Dr.
*** or anyone else at his office for a refund for any service. I never
compared his prices or services to anyone else because his prices were always
reasonable and he did a great job, I always saw great results from any service
I received there. Dr. *** was a very patient doctor and highly customer
service oriented. He genuinely cared for his clients. As a matter of fact, I
referred family and friends to Dr. *** at Temecula Med Spa, and we are all
very disappointed he’s no longer in business.
Wellness Diagnostics Medispa and the mysterious “former
Temecula med Spa employee” are making defamatory and false allegations against
me, this is defamation of character, libel and slander. Why is this person not
disclosing their name? Does this person exist, or did Wellness Diagnostics make
them up and drafted the letter? Whoever wrote this is a liar. It is
disappointing to see that this business practices are so unethical and
unprofessional that they solicited people to provide lies about me to defend
themselves and not show the truth about their unethical and unprofessional
business practices. I NEVER went to Temecula Med Spa, or any other spa for that
matter, and asked for a refund. I say confidently and truthfully, NEVER. They
are dragging my name in the mud for their own protection.
For this business to have another one of their employees
fabricate a lie for their benefit and to avoid taking responsibility for their
mistakes is another highly unethical and unprofessional practice that they
continuously practice at Wellness Diagnostics.
Yes, I want my money back but that does not give Wellness
Diagnostics, or anyone affiliated with them, the right to fabricate lies about
me and commit defamation, libel, and slander of my character. This is highly
unethical and highly unprofessional, which is apparently the premise of this
business practice. I have been saying this from the start and all their
responses have done nothing but prove what I am saying is true; unethical,
unprofessional, untruthful, threatening, intimidating, unsafe, and all the
negative characters that should not be part of a business practice that
provides a service to consumers. A business like this with unethical and
unprofessional practices will ultimately hurt consumers and cause them damages
just so they can make money.
Just because I asked for a refund and I stated that I will
share my experience on social media, which is very normal and a lot of
consumers share their experience on social media, it does not make it a crime. Because
I was unsatisfied and unhappy, Wellness Diagnostics called me a criminal, a
liar, a fraud, a thief, and I got threats that they will take me to court. Just
because I wanted a refund and I wanted to share my experience on social media. Wellness
Diagnostic accused me of “blackmailing them”. Implying that everyone who is
sharing their experience on yelp is blackmailing businesses! Why is Wellness
Diagnostics so threatening and intimidating? If yelp was blackmailing
businesses, it wouldn’t exist? If Yelp and sharing experiencing and rating businesses
on social media was a crime, and blackmail, as Wellness Diagnostics is claiming
I’ve attempted to do, there will be no Yelp or social media, consumers won’t
ever share their experience. Why is
Wellness Diagnostics accusing me of blackmail and threatening to take me to
court? Is it because I experienced excruciating pain on my face during
treatment and felt I was not given the service I was promised and they want to
shut me up and not share that horrific experience with anyone? Is it because
they want me to lie about the pain, they caused me? Is it because they want to
scare me? Why defaming me and blackmailing me? Is it because I’m a minority, and
because of my race, which leads me to believe that based on it, they assumed
I’m a criminal and a liar?
Since my initial communication with Wellness Diagnostics
requesting my refund and expressing my dissatisfaction with their service, and
based on how they have been treating me, I can’t focus at work, I can’t sleep
at night, and I can’t go on with my normal life thinking about this constantly,
it has consumed me unlike any other matter in my life. No matter how I flip it around and over, I
still see a business that is highly unethical, highly unprofessional, highly aggressive,
very threatening, very intimidating, and extremely greedy.
Their emails (please see attached) got more and more
threatening, more and more aggressive and intimidating. Threatening me with
their attorney and threatening to take me to court, why? Because I asked for my
money back because they did not deliver what they promised AND inflicted
horrible and intolerable pain on my face because they didn’t do their due
diligence when I gave them 100% trust?
Wellness Diagnostics will use any unethical and
unprofessional mean to not admit to their mistakes. Not only are they defaming
my character and blackmailing me, they are now lying that I am from Iraq!!! I
am NOT from Iraq; I have no idea what they are claiming! Do they think this lie
is going to help them? This is another fabrication and lie from them and their
staff to cover their mistakes. I have no Iraqi blood in me whatsoever, and their
staff never spoke Spanish to me. Let alone for me to claim I’m something I’m
not! They continue to lie ruthlessly; I don’t understand this. Wellness
Diagnostics and their staff need to stop lying and defaming my character in
order to save their unethical practices. I have had more than enough and will
not subject myself to their lies, defamation, threats, and intimidation
anymore. This is unacceptable. This is a business that is supposed to provide a
service to the consumer, not provide lies to cover their mistakes and unethical
practices. I am not from Iraq. This is insane at this point that they are
fabricating more and more lies to save themselves. It offends me even more. They
don’t even know what my race and ethnicity are, they never asked me! For them
to fraudulently claim I said I was from Iraq is beyond unethical and
unprofessional, just to cover up their mistakes and not take responsibility for
their actions.
My initial contact to Wellness Diagnostics by voicemail was
short and to the point. I wanted my money back because I was unhappy and
unsatisfied with the service that I paid for which they did not provide.
Primarily because of the extreme pain I had to tolerate when the doctor was
performing the treatment on my face.
When I contacted them to get my money back, I was told lies
and was deceived by them. Please see attached emails from Wellness Diagnostics
and how they humiliated me, threatened, and intimidating me. Not to mention
that they were very selective in sharing with you the emails exchanged.
Somehow, they left out all their humiliation and threats to me!
Regarding the picture they provided; the pictures Wellness
Diagnostics Medispa provided in their response to the Revdex.com last time were taken
immediately after the treatment. To be more specific, they took the pictures
maybe 3-4 minutes after hundreds of needles injected in my face and neck.
Therefore, of course my face will be inflamed since they had needles going into
my skin and neck, or according to their response to me “my sagging neck”
(trying to humiliate and undermine me again with their words). It is clear that
these pictures are not sufficient proof that there were results, these pictures
are deceiving, they were taken immediately after performing micro needling on
my face and neck and my skin was inflamed and red. This is not a legitimate proof
that there were results, Wellness Diagnostics should know this, but their practices
are very deceiving and are all based on lies.
Wellness Diagnostics kept badgering me about before and
after pictures of my treatment at the other clinic. However, that is not the
issue at hand, the main issue here is I paid $850 for a service that they did
not provide properly. I underwent severe and excruciating pain and my treatment
was rushed, and then I was lied to about “it’s working on a microscopic level”
when I called and said there are no results. For them to ask me for pictures of
before and after is first irrelevant to the refund I want and is basically
telling me I’m lying and again treating me like a criminal, and also, they are
prolonging the process to bully and scare me so I can be discouraged and not
ask for my money back. They kept making it extremely difficult to get my money
back in hopes I would get scared from their bullying, threats, and intimidation
and give up.
Wellness Diagnostics are going to make me the criminal liar
because if they don’t, the truth will come out and they will be exposed for who
they are. But in order for this business to argue and insist on not taking
responsibility for their mistakes, they MUST make me the villain, the criminal,
the liar, the customer from hell who goes to all businesses and always demands
a refund. They will do anything, even if it means fabricating lies and damaging
me and my character. For a business, this is highly unethical and highly
unprofessional, it is an intimidating and threatening practice from a business
that does nothing but lie. Again, this is an indication of their practices and
lack of professionalism and ethical practices.
Wellness Diagnostics have worked very hard to humiliate,
threaten, intimidate me and defame, libel and slander my character and
discriminate against me to avoid giving me the $850 they overcharged me for a
service they did not provide me, performing a treatment with excruciating pain
on my face, they misled me and deceived me about the treatment just to get my
money, and they thought they can continue to mislead me and deceive me about
other treatments and just continue to take money from me because they must have
assumed I’m ignorant and they can deceive me and manipulate me into buying more
treatments from them with their sales tactics.
Regarding the receipt; I have a very
bad habit of trusting people and businesses. When I received my treatments at Wellness
diagnostics (which I did not ask for a refund for them because I saw results
and they were not painful), they asked me if I wanted my receipts, I said no. A
very bad habit that now is biting me in the behind. When I went to Anaheim
clinic, it was the same, I was asked if I want my receipt and I said no, it’s
ok. My mistake. I take full responsibility for it. Frankly, I was not
anticipating finding myself in a messy situation like this. If I was seasoned
at “asking businesses for refunds” as Wellness Diagnostics and the mysterious
“former employee of Temecula Med spa” are claiming and fabricating about me, I
would be an expert at collecting all my receipts so I can get refunds
constantly, wouldn’t you say! The fact that I do not, indicates that I am a
trusting person and the last thing I intend on doing is ask for my money back,
who has time for this? I personally am a very busy professional. As trusting as
I am, I am not a fool. I am an educated woman in her fifties, I have a
Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree, I am a certified Esthetician and a Certified
Senior Human Resources Professional. I worked very hard to achieve my Bachelors
and my Masters degrees and my certifications, and I continue to strive in my
professional career and success by working very hard and having high ethical
standards.
When Joe asked me for a receipt, I
contacted Anaheim medical clinic and asked them to give me a receipt, they did
(attached here). I submitted the receipt to Joe, but he refused it, again
basically accusing me of being a criminal and liar and discriminating against
me and fabricating lies about me by defaming and slandering my character, and
prolonging the process and threatening and intimidating me so I can get scared
and give up.
I have attached my bank statement
here, but ONLY for the Revdex.com to review to show that I am not a criminal or a
villain as Wellness diagnostics is trying to make me be. I did not use a credit
card, I used my debit card to charge the $1500 for 3 treatments at Anaheim
clinic, just like I always used my debit card at Wellness Diagnostics for my
Botox treatments they did for me (which I never asked for a refund for because
I saw results and didn’t endure pain) and for the RF Micro needling. Please DO NOT share my bank statement with this business, I
do not trust them. I do not want
to reveal my balance, transactions, account number, or anything concerning my
personal information because I do not trust Wellness Diagnostics and their
approach and I am in fear they will cause more damages to me and they will not
stop because they are ruthless, they will hurt me.
For Wellness diagnostics to refuse
the receipt I provided is humiliating me and the clinic in Anaheim and accusing
myself and the clinic of lying and defrauding documents. If they had good intentions
from the beginning, they could have easily accepted it or called the clinic to
verify that I received the treatment. If they asked me to give authorization to
share the treatment I received, I would have gladly done so. But the truth is Wellness
diagnostics have been making huge and unlimited efforts to make things very difficult
and complicated for me in order not to refund my money and in order to cover up
for their mistakes and not take responsibility for their actions. They have
been humiliating, intimidating, and threatening me from the start.
This is my first experience in
something like this; I never saw a business attack the consumer and defame them
relentlessly making false accusations and allegations against them. A customer goes
to a business for a refund as a result of being unsatisfied and unhappy and
undergoing intolerable pain, for that business to take this approach of
fabricating lies about the consumer, soliciting their employees and affiliates
to fabricate lies and to defame, libel and slander the consumer’s character is
highly unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable. “Defamation of character”
is not only unethical, it is illegal. Wellness Diagnostics, their employees,
and affiliates do not have the right to make up lies about me just because I
was unhappy with a service they provided and they tortured my face with
unbearable pain, that I only felt, not them, not their employees, not their
attorney or affiliates. I was the one who suffered the pain on my face, no one
else.
Wellness Diagnostics is hurting my
reputation in writing and causing me damages. Defamation is a “tort” and is a
civil offense that I take seriously. Wellness Diagnostics, their employees and
affiliates are making defamatory statements about me to third parties; the Revdex.com
and God knows who else. The city of Temecula is small, they are causing me
massive damages by defaming my character to people that may be business
affiliates of mine, friends, coworkers, employees, managers or customers. These
are all false statements and accusations about me that cause me harm. Wellness
Diagnostics, their employees and affiliates are harming my reputation in my
community just because they don’t want to take responsibility for their actions
and admit to their mistakes.
Wellness Diagnostics tortured and
humiliated me by making this such a difficult and unbearable process for me
that is causing me anxiety, lack of focus at work, lack of sleep, and fear for
my reputation or running into them or their employees somewhere in the
community. I do not leave my house anymore. This has turned my life upside down
just because I was unsatisfied and unhappy with their service and I asked for a
refund. To inflict this on a consumer is the epitome of a bullying, threatening,
intimidating, unethical, and unprofessional business practice.
In closing; Wellness Diagnostics is
asking me to agree with all their lies about me and to basically sacrifice my
character for $850. My character and dignity are priceless. I will not sacrifice
my character and reputation and agree on their defamation of my character,
libel and slander. I cannot agree to their threatening, intimidating, and blackmailing
approach. Wellness Diagnostics humiliated me, disrespected me over $850. No
amount of money is worth humiliating me, tarnishing my reputation and defaming
my character. The humiliation and disrespect, the discrimination and lies
against me and them wanting me to hide my experience from consumers all go
against my ethical standards, beliefs, and morals.
With that said, I will sign their
release to receive my refund, only if they meet the following conditions
The mysterious “former
Temecula med spa employee” must reveal her/his name and contact information and
I want to see documentation of such “refund” I supposedly demanded. I want this
mysterious person to write a letter to the Revdex.com either disclosing documentation proving
the allegations, or apologizing and stating why he/she is lying, were they
coerced by Wellness Diagnostics to make false statements? Were they paid money
to lie? Why did they lie? These accusations are detrimental and damaging. Furthermore,
I want to know the credibility of this person.Wellness
Diagnostics to provide me a letter of apology for the defamation, libel and
slandering my character and fabricating lies about me and blackmailing me to
the Revdex.com and any other 3rd parties. Apologizing for humiliating me, treating
me like a criminal and a liar, and for discriminating against me because of my
race (which is NOT Iraq). Not only am I offended and discriminated against, I
am livid at the defamation of my character that they are committing as their
approach of resolving this dispute. They have caused me unthinkable damages,
and tremendous emotional distress, loss of sleep, loss of appetite and
depression because of their false accusations and discrimination. This is an
example of business bullying a consumer, threatening and intimidating them. I
have endured high emotional anxiety while dealing with their demeanor and
threatening behavior and intimidation only because I asked for a refund due to
lack of service and excruciating pain on my face. What they have put me through
since 3/15/19 has caused me massive distress to the point of feeling unsafe in
my own home because they have my information and I am afraid to leave my house
because they are out to damage my reputation in my community.Wellness
Diagnostics to provide a letter to the Revdex.com taking back all their false and
defamatory accusation about me, they are all lies, otherwise provide legitimate
proof of the allegations. They are lying to make me a villain. I want the truth
of how and why Wellness Diagnostics solicited strangers and coerced them to
make false accusations and defamatory allegations against me so they can avoid
taking responsibility for their unethical and unprofessional practices just to make
me look like a criminal to help them cover up their mistakes.Wellness
Diagnostics to issue a letter/document written by their legal counsel releasing
me and stating that they will NEVER take me to court for any reason, because
they have threatened me over and over again to take me to court under the premise
of blackmail just because I was unsatisfied with the service they provided and
shared my excruciating painful experience on social media. They considered this
blackmail, when now they are committing a true crime of defamation, libel and
slander against me.
Of course, I want my money back
because they did not deliver what they promised and they inflicted excruciating
pain on me. However ethically, I cannot remove my experience from social media,
it is the truth and consumers are entitled to know what they’re up against in
the event they are unsatisfied with a service at Wellness Diagnostics, or they
want the RF micro needling treatment at Wellness Diagnostics. I will not
succumb to their bullying and threats because they are a business and I’m just
a consumer.
Why has this turned into a nightmare and a dirty fight? All
I wanted was my money back because I was unhappy and unsatisfied with the service
they provided. They put me under excruciating intolerable pain on my face and
they didn’t give me a service worth $850. Why do they have to fight like this
with a customer who’s unsatisfied and wants their money back because of pain
inflicted on them? Does every business who gets a complaint start fabricating
lies, framing and blackmailing people who ask for a refund? I find that very
hard to believe, but it’s my first time experiencing this and that is why I am beyond
shocked at their approach.
Wellness Diagnostics did not take responsibility for
inflicting excruciating pain on my face, they did not take responsibility of
not using the proper numbing cream, they did not take responsibility for not
performing the treatment correctly or for the proper amount of time. They did
not do their due diligence, and they’re continuing to not take responsibility
for their actions and mistakes. And to make matters worse, they are now
soliciting people to commit defamation, libel, and slander of my character fabricating
lies about me by asking their employees to sign statements to help them avoid
taking responsibility for their mistakes. It is disheartening to see businesses
like this and the harm they can cause to consumers as a result of their
unethical, unsafe and unprofessional practices. Consumers should be aware of
businesses like this to protect themselves.
The main reason I involved the Revdex.com is because Wellness Diagnostics
has exhibited threatening, intimidating, bullying, unethical and unprofessional
behavior towards me when I told them they put me through excruciating pain for
no results and over charged me. It is too bad that a respectful entity like the
Revdex.com has to get involved in such situations in order to get a business like this
to cease their threats and intimidation to consumers and to back off.
Thank you Revdex.com for your time and involvement in this matter.
I really appreciate your assistance.
