Poor Customer Service...More like NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Try calling then to get in contact with a representative. You will ALWAYS get the same recording that they are having a higher than normal call volume, whether it ANY day of the week. I feel sorry for their operators having to deal with the wait time due to the lack of caring or understanding from anyone higher up. Good old corporate America!

Failed onboarding and refill
I was told by my regular pharmacy that my insurance was making me use this service instead. I have one prescription.

Onboarding was cumbersome and then a day later, I received an email telling me something was wrong with my order. When I called, the automated line told me my Rx was being filled.

When I finally got to a customer service agent, she told me they needed all the information that I gave the first representative over again.

I'm now going to run out of my Rx in two days and don't have time to spend hours on the phone with the insurance or WellDyne to fix it.

Lots of issues regarding filling prescriptions and sending out for delivery. Called to have a prescription sent out... it's been two weeks and it's still not even out for delivery.

Customer service recognized they did not call me for copay approval. I had to call them to ask why I hadn't received my order yet. To try to solve the issue, they said they'd use overnight shipping. 3 days later and the shipment has not been sent out yet.

Would not recommend and will not be using again.

WellDyneRx has failed to take proper action to fill prescription. Customer service did not properly contact, causing missed doses of medication.
Called on in 12/2019 regarding changing prescription provider and was told no changes were necessary and I could continue to fill my prescriptions like normal. Prescription was then denied on 01/04/2020 and was told it must be filled in mail-order with their in-house pharmacy. Pharmacy was closed on weekends and was told earliest fill was Monday + shipping time. On 01/06/2020 WellDyneRx then claimed it would take 5-7 days to get authorization despite being told none was necessary in December. This caused me to miss doses of medication. I demanded a temporary override to get an in-person prescription and provided my phone number. I was told I would get a phone call the next day with more details. The customer service representative told me if the prescription was actually important I could go to the hospital. She failed to seek a temporary override until I demanded her supervisor. On 01/07/2020, pharmacy claims to have called number three times, but no phone calls were received. WellDyneRx claims they have no updated phone number on file. This caused second day of missed prescription. My phone number was again updated and they claim to have told the pharmacy about the new number. The supervisor, Sierra, then acknowledged the representative from 01/06/2020 should have sought a temporary override.

Desired Outcome

Phone number updated Prescription filled Training for customer service representatives Prescription credit for one month as company was negligent in getting prescription filled, causing me to miss doses and expose me to HIV

WellDyne was selected as D's online pharmacy. They randomly stop sending my medications without any reason even though I have a valid prescription, I do not owe them anything, and I have a $0 copay. Apparently they have this policy where they just like for patients to randomly go without live saving medicine.

This is the worst mail order pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I hope that employers will take into account these complaints before they saddle their employees with this company on their insurance program.

Here are my experiences, as the problems are ongoing every time I have to order a certain type of medication. This last time is typical. My doctor ordered the medication on 1/14/19. I couple of days later, I checked the status on the website which said the prescription was on hold, please call the office. Upon talking to their rep, I learned they needed a letter of necessity from my doctor before they would approve the medication. I called my doctor immediately, and they said they would contact Welldyne, which they did and sent them the requested letter. I waited a few more days and checked the status again; still on hold. I called Welldyne again and was told it was in review, and to call back in five days. I called back again today, it's now been 15 days since the order was placed and it's still showing up on the website as on hold. I was informed today that the order was rejected because the letter of necessity was insufficient. They said the reached out again to my doctor but hadn't received an answer. I asked the rep why I wasn't contacted, and her only response was that they contacted the doctor. I also asked why I wasn't informed about this problem the last time I talked to a rep four days ago. She had no answer. In addition, no direction was offered on what I needed to do to correct this situation. I had to ask. This is totally unacceptable. If I hadn't initiated contact, I'd be waiting until eternity for my medication...for diabetes. Welldyne doesn't seem to think they have any responsibility to notify patients when they reject a prescription. They were content to just leave me hanging. Now what? I'm about out of this medication. I had my doctor order it three weeks in advance, knowing what a hassle I always get trying to fill this prescription.

I wish I could change pharmacies, but it is out of my control. My advise to employers is don't do this to you employee. Stay away from Welldyne.

Welldynerx was selected by my employer as our mail order pharmacy. Employees were given the option of either prepaying Welldynerx for the drug co-pays or being billed for them. I chose to be billed for them and have been for the past three years with very few exceptions. Currently, Welldynerx is refusing to refill my prescriptions unless I pay them first. I do not owe them anything currently except the co-pays for the drugs they are refusing to ship. I have spoken repeatedly with them explaining to them my account is not a prepaid account and they need to bill me for the co-pays for my refills. I do not have a credit card and receive my income once a month on the 1st. This hasn't been a problem in the past but Welldynerx is making it a problem without a resolution at this point in time.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I need my prescription refills sent immediately. Please bill me for the co-pays as you have done in the past.
