I contacted Harmony Wellcare at phone# [redacted] as a follow up because I called on 05/and I was told that these claims were all paid thru [redacted] I called on 05/29/around 3:45pm and the member name is ABDULSADA, A [redacted] ID# [redacted] I explained to rep that I was told the claims for June & July of were pd according to rep on 05/10/The rep insisted on telling me that she would send an F status report? I asked if she could elaborate and she could notI asked if she could tell me how I was given so much information on 05/10/and ck numbers and now she had no clue of what I was talking about? I asked rep if I could speak with a supervisor and she hung up the phoneI'm really frustrated with getting so much conflicting information and no HELP from customer service repThe rep was very un-attentive and I had to repeat myself multiple times
