Welads

Tried to order an item but there was difficulty processing. Attempting to follow up I tried calling the phone number, but almost always got a busy signal. When I did get through to leave a message, it was never answered. I also tried several e-mails referring to my order # but never got a reply. After 3 months, I am giving up. I would not have persisted this long except that the item is very hard to find and my Grandson really wants one for his birthday.
