Weirdo Stuff

Ordered 2 quilts from them on October 16. It's over 2 months later and I have still not received any product. I filed a dispute through PayPal and they responded asking me to be patient. I told them I want my money back and they have yet to respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Didn't respond to emails and didn't send the order. Had to get a refund through PayPal

I ordered an IU quilt for my daughter for Christmas and never received it. I sent many emails and got stock answers like your order is out for production etc. I have ordered many things over the years and this is the first time I got screwed. I wish I had seen these comments before ordering but this is a total scam even if I google IU quilts I get multiple websites that are all the same format as bella quilts, weirdo stuff etc. I give them 1 star because that is how I can publish this but they deserve no stars.

I ordered two quilts before Halloween and 2 months later they have not arrived. Several unsuccessful communications later, I filed a Paypal claim.

Absolutely the worst business ever. Purchased 2 quilts in September and it took numerous emails before I received only one of them. Requested a phone number twice which was never given. I was told my other quilt was shipped separately which makes no sense I purchased them together. Finally I received both quilts and they look awful and would love to send them back for a full refund. There is no way to discuss problems with other than emails which are only answered with no resolutions. Awful business and I will never recommend their products to anyone.

Do not buy from this company or any company associated with it! I finally filed a claim with pay pal...after that, I did get a quilt..nothing like what was described...cheap, flimsy one...they should be shut down!

I ordered 6 "quilts" from this company and only recieved 4. After numerous emails, I finally got one back with a tracking number but it was for the one I had already received. I sent another email specifically on the 2 quilts I have not received and only get the tracking number for the ones I have gotten. I dont think I'm going to get my other two quilts. What a disappointment.

They give everyone the same answer when they don't deliver. I order in October of 2018 and it never came. Kept sending emails finally live chatted with someone who gave generic we can't find it reply. The website is now not working at all. Hopefully no one else has to go through this.

I wouldn't even give them one star . I've been scammed. I got tracking numbers that never amounted to anything. Then I was told my items were shipped seperatly. Then I was told it was sent out to production and I'd get a tracking number when it was coming. Trying to contact them had been a nightmare. I ordered 2 blankets in Sept 29,2018 and am still getting the run around. The only reason. I even ordered 2 was because they offered a 25$ gift card and free shipping that I never got

It's a scam. Their photos are not accurate, they are impossible to contact, they offer no helpful shipping info, and when you finally get what you ordered (if you get what you ordered), it's ugly and tacky. I ordered a Virginia Tech blanket and what arrived spelled it "Virognina". Then they change their name and customer service email address right out from under you so you can't file a complaint.

I ordered a quilt 6 weeks ago and NEVER EVER got it and now the website is gone.

I purchased a blanket months ago off Facebook add and haven't received it. I continue to send emails to there customer service and get the same automated reply they will look into it. I get no real response and believe I have been ripped off. I would not recommend doing business with this company. If u see any sports blankets do not buy

Suck it you scam want to be artists. This attorney will not deal this and justice will be served. Glad IT was my minor.

What a piece of* company. Ordered a blanket in September. Not received yet. Sent numerous Emails with same general answer, "we're looking into it, be patient". Total BS. On last note they even gave me a different tracking number. This one and the first one didn't even exist with shipping company.

I filed a fraud charge with my credit card company, so they won't get paid for not delivering.

Now Email does not exist!!

The products they sent were inferior quality and not at all what the photos looked like

I'd like to leave less than 1 star. I really wish I had read reviews before dealing with this company. I ordered an Orioles themed quilt on October 28th. Though I actually received the product on December 11 after pushing ad prodding with help from Paypal when I escalated the claim. The quilt is not well done. The imagery is blurry and clearly this is not a good product. I am thoroughly disappointed and though I want a refund, I don't think I would ever get one, so I am keeping it for my dogs. THIS IS THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE. The product is rushed, not sophisticated and a huge disappointment. They should stop offering this product.

Zero stars!!! Took 3 months to get the "blanket quilt" and it was the wrong one. I have sent numerous emails with no response for them to send me the product I ordered or give me a refund. Horrible company! Do not waste your money.

never got my quilts after one month and can't even find a phone number to call . All emails have been returned to me undeliverable, with the exception of one. too bad. I should have read these reviews first. Live and learn. Too bad.

Same experience as Lisa G. On my third email I received an automated response that the email address no longer existed or could no longer receive emails. SCAM!

Everything the previous reviews have stated applies to my order. Ordered in September, received email November 15th stating quilt was on it's way. Customer service email and website are not available. I THINK THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS. Waiting to hear from PayPal to see if I can get my phone money back. VERY disappointed with Facebook also because that is where I saw the ad.
