Weirdo Stuff

This is a follow-up of a review I did on 7-7-2020, ref. to the item I ordered from weirdomart, the item finally came after almost 2 months. The item was a power washer you connect to your garden hose, however you need a quick connector to do this, that did not come with it, they also claimed the item was made in the US when actually come from China. It is made of very poor quality. They do not make a quick connect for this item, so it is useless to me. I contacted the company for a label and postage so I could return it, I was advised they do not pay for return postage and I would be charged a 30% re-stocking fee. I bought this item through paypal, so I am hoping they can help me with this. My advise is if someone is going to order from this company, to be very careful. They do NOT stand with their product. I now understand why they have a F rating with the Revdex.com. The customer service is terrible. A 1 star is too high of a rating.

I ordered a item on 5/18, I have not received the item, texting with the company several times, they have no idea where the item is, or when I will receive it. Found out that they order items from China, if anyone is considering ordering from this company you need to have second thoughts.I requested a refund, but I would first have to return the item, kind of hard to do, when you don't have it! If I could rate this company lower than a1 star, I would! So if anyone is considering ordering from them, be careful.

How do I rate them as zero stars? I ordered in September 2018 and my credit card was immediately charged $84.90 for a quilt. After one month waiting for any type of news/confirmation from Weirdo Stuff, I received one response from Scarlett O'Quinn (customer service). She told me that the order was being processed and sent a tracking number. Said it would be active in a few days. It never worked. I tried to continue contacting them, but the email didn't work any more. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! Wish I had been smarter.

I ordered a blanket in October, 2018 and still haven't received it. I contacted the email they provide and was given a bogus tracking number. Now as of today the email is being rejected. What a scam. I want my money back or the blanket already.

I ordered from this company in November and have not received by quilt. They are not longer answering my emails and have blocked me from their site. I paid for the quilt when I ordered it and expected to receive my item. It was a Christmas gift and ended up having to purchase a different gift for my niece. Completely dissatisfied with this company and feel that it was a scam that robbed me of my money.

I ordered a blanket almost a year ago. Have not received my product and they do not get back to the customer. Awful.

I ordered and paid for my order in August 2018 for two blankets. Still waiting. All emails bounce back. This company is a fraud. Does anyone know the steps to get a refund? I will never order from this company again! It should be shut down. They don't deserve any stars but it's the only way to post comment grrrr

Unfortunately, I ordered two quilts from these "people" and only received one. Emailed them many many times to no avail; they lie. I want the FBI to investigate. They steal from hardworking people.

Because this is a review, I had to leave a star rating, but they don't qualify for anything. They are liars, cheaters, and stealers and need to be arrested and jailed.

They are a rip off. I ordered 2 quilts iNov 2018. I have yet to receive anything as of today April 4, 2019. I've received an email with a tracking number that dis not work. Have been emailing for several months until recently my emails bounced back. I will be coming a report with

NO STAR RATING WHAT SO EVER !!!! I GOT SCAMMED ON 2 BLANKETS. KEPT SENDING EMAILS ABOUT THEM AND THEY KEPT SENDING BACK ANSWERS THAT MY CASE WAS UNDER REVIEW. NOW THEY ARE NOT VEN EXCEPTING MY EMAILS ANYMORE. WEIRDOSTUFF AND COTTONZILY HAVE THE SAME REQUEST EMAILS. THESE ARE BOGUS WEBSITES ON FACEBOOK AND I LET EERYONE KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM THESE COMPANIES. I LOST OVER 160.00.

No stars.....they take your money and send nothing. Auto reply that "your order is being reviewed" and nothing.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with!! I'm not believing all the negative reviews! I wish I would've read them before I purchased my blanket. I ordered it Nov 11th as a Christmas gift. I got a confirmation email then another on Jan 3rd with a tracking number saying that I should be receiving my package soon. I tried to track it and it showed that it was in China and is still in China. When I questioned them about the tracking number they said that I wouldn't be able to track it until it got to my country...why did they send me a tracking number then? I email them weekly and always get the same response "your request has been updated and will be reviewed by our support staff in the next 24 hours" there's even business hours on the emails but no phone number. I'm almost certain that these emails are auto generated because that's the same response I get every time. I'm past the point of wanting my blanket, I want my money returned. I've had issues like this in the past when ordering from China but I didn't realize this product was coming from China or I would've NEVER made this purchase! If I could speak to a real person they would hate that they ever answered the phone. Now that I've read some of the reviews I will be contacting PayPal, my credit card company, and the company thats suppose to deliver the package. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET WHAT IS MINE!! If anyone has a phone number would you please share

Ordered quilt in September. N very arrived after many emails. Reported to Pay Pal. They responded. Said shipped in Jan .

Ordered a Quilt in Sept 2018 and never received anything. Multiple E-Mails and no response.

This company is a fraud. They are still trying refusing to help. And they have convinced PayPal that they're a real vendor. They have now changed their mailing address, company name, and contact page again. There is truly no way to speak to anyone. I have just sent a photo yet again of the junk product they sent me. And PayPal is equally bad in terms of not making it easy to reach anyone. Both of these companies basically want you to give up. That's how they make their money, based on slippage. You give up. And you shouldn't. And I have no intention to. I have been in touch with a lawyer, my credit card company, the Revdex.com It seems that any ads for products that you might see on Facebook or Instagram are possibly scams. Do not buy any of those products. This company had the audacity to offer me a $20 coupon off my next purchase instead of a refund.

I ordered in September 2018. They said they shipped in January 2019 after many emails sent to them. It is now the end of February and they are not even responding to my emails to return my money.

Should be negative Star rating!! Do NOT order from this company!! Ordered in September of 2018. Received the INCORRECT order around December 23, 2018. Contacted customer service and they said they would look in to it. Never heard back. Tried several times again with no response and it's now February 25, 2019.
SO DISAPPOINTED!

My review is -0 - this company is awful.
I ordered 2 quilts and paid for them both in September and I only received 1. They were both supposed to be Christmas presents. I have emailed many times to the company and never received a response back after the initial email stating they charged me for the 2 quilts and they were on their way.
Terrible company. Taking peoples money and never to be heard from again. I will never order anything online again or through facebook advertising again.
So upset that I am out that money and couldn't give the person that was suppose to get that quilt their Christmas present.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!! I placed my order in October 2018. No product yet. I had NO IDEA this was a company in CHINA!! We can all kiss our money goodbye! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
