This company is Grrreat!I was always satisfied with their service before, but today they were outstanding! At home, unemployed with elderly dogs, one ill, my a/c unit just stopped running this morningThe house had gotten hot & that's when I realized it wasn' working at allI called Purr-Fect AirThe receptionist was polite & reassured me some one would be out this afternoonThe men were here within 1/hour & quickly solved the problemThey also were very polite & personable! And...there was no charge!!! They had been more concerned with my well being, than their fee!! I can't thank them enough!!!
