Subject:[redacted] is the complaint number.I did have contact with the business today via email. They agreed to replace one pair of boots.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I  reviewed appear below.   I can't afford to be sending boots made in  poot quality back and forth to the manufactured. I don't have the time to wait so I took then to a shoe repair specialist, he said he does not see How a new boot could Fall apart so fast the heel and tire ate delaminating

I was given a pair of boots they make as a gift. After wearing them for three days the soles came separated from the boots and they are totally unusable. I emailed they company and they said I could return them for repair or replacement. I sent in the boots and they said because they did not stock that particular product they would not repair or replace. So much for buying made in America.

Soles fell apart on work boots after one week.

Contacted company, got nowhere. Will not do business

with them again. Poorly made product, poor customer service.
