I understand that their website says that products are as is, however when I finally received a response to my complaint emails on August 5th, [redacted] said "We are very sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged. Could you please send us a picture of the damaged product and we can go from there!:D" She did not tell me that I was out of luck as all merchandise is "as is". I assumed a legitimate company would make good on their product. I am sure they do not deliver damaged items all the time. In the few instances that it occurs, they should make it right, by giving a refund or sending a replacement for the damaged item. As you can tell from the 3 attempts the Revdex.com made to contact them that went unanswered, this is not an upstanding company that should be doing business with consumers. I would hate for my 10 year old daughter to learn the hard way that some people and companies can't be trusted. Please refund my money or replace the damaged item. Thank you for looking into this.
