I contacted weesleep to help with sleep training for my son. I worked with a ***, a consultant for that worked for the company. From the beginning, I was given conflicting and incorrect information. Once the process was complete I felt that I had made no progress with my son and I was confused and extremely stressed. I contacted the owner to voice my complaints. The owner offered to work with me to rectify the situation. Unfortunately she did not. I sent her a tracker documenting my sons days and nights in terms of his sleep. She wrote me back and provided me with a list of mistakes that she said I was making. After a review again of my tracker, I noted that the mistakes she pointed out were rationalized in my notes on the tracker which led me to believe that she did not review my tracker in its entirety. Additionally, the owner also provided me with inconsistent information from one day to the next as documented in several emails that I have. I told her that I was unhappy with the process and she then told me that I she would no longer be helping me and that u needed to continue on my own. I don't feel that I was treated appropriately by the company and would like to receive some or all of the money I invested back. I was unhappy with the process and underwent a great deal of stress. I don't feel that I received what I was initially told I would receive from working with them and had to hire another consultant from a different company to assist me afterwards. I had no issues with the new consultant.
I would like a full or partial refund.
We always stand behind our WeeSleep process and a high level of customer service from all of our consultants. Whenever a client feels like they have not gotten the most of out the program, we endeavour to work with them to ensure they're comfortable and happy with how their baby is progressing in their sleep journey. To assist this client, we extended an offer of additional calls, tracking and emails with the WeeSleep founder to assist in program success. As a goodwill gesture, we also offered a partial refund.
