Weed's Lawn and Landscape

Contracted with Seth P for a fishpond. He stated he has built unite a few and there wouldn't be a problem with site. Paid for materials upfront. Put off for two months. Finally excavated site and laid very cheap tarp in hole, although stated it was $800. While installing the tarp he tore in four places, tried to patch and could never get patches to hold. Tried to cover up with rocks and fishpond leaked from day one. Assured us it was an easy fix, and job was complete so we paid him remainder of $8300, over three times his original estimate. To repair he had to deconstruct entire area. Mud is everywhere. Pallets of rocks are thrown against deck and now states the tears are an 'act of god? and the trickle of water beside area is a 'natural disaster'. We have had a professional site evaluation performed who stated the area was a disaster but not natural. We now have to pay someone to clean up the mess and start over. This has been ongoing for over seven months. Basically his response was 'sorry, fishpond wasn't meant to go there? Save your money and time. We now have to hire attorney to sue him for gross breach of contract. This person is deceptive.
