I am rejecting this response because:
The response you received is incorrectI asked to talk to the owner and was told by the person that answered the phone that she would call me but was a very busy person and doesn't have regular hoursI HAVE NOT PICKED UP MY DRESS AND NEVER WALKED OUT WITH IT!!!! I received an email that they wouldn't return my money so I sent them an email back telling them that I want to pick up my dress on MondayThey responded stating that they weren't open on Mondays but they were TuesdayNEVER in the email did they say (you already picked up your dress)!! This is the main reason I asked for a refund as I purchased it after 5pm and emailed and left a message the very next morningI have in no way hurt this small business as I haven't had the dress altered nor did I ever pick it up! If they say that I picked up this dress then I will also be filing a police report as they are flat out stealing from me!!! I will wait for a response before entering their establishmentThis is the first time I have heard from anyone that they say that I have now picked up or took my dress home with me

Good morning I and responding to a complaint that we have received from a customer I would like to state that we are a small business and due to the nature of our business we don't due and returns exchanges and or refunds we have signs posted at our store that state this and one is right at our
front desk saying so (pictures attached) My manager did inform me that the customer called and was very unhappy and that she informed her that all sales where final and that if she would like to call back and talk to the owner that she would be here between 3pm and 7pm on Tuesday Wednesdays and Thursdays she never called back to talk to the owner.I the owner and another one of my employees that where working with her are sure that she took the dress home with her the night that she purchased it .We are sorry that she felt that we didn't respond in a reasonable time
