Bridesmaid shoes were ordered on Sept 5, 2014, my account was immediately debited but shoes were not shipped. I received a confirmation email but no tracking # for shipment. I called the company multiple times at [redacted] but no one ever answered the phone or returned any messages. Emails were sent to the company with no response. As of today 9/22/14 I have never received the shoes or had any contact with anyone representing this company.
