Review: Set me up on autopay without my permission and fraudulently charged my Credit Card.Desired Settlement: Refund only accepted. Have emails from company rep claiming refund would take 10 days. It's been 17 so far.

I am rejecting this response because: There was no mention of an auto renew policy. I only got a phone from a salesperson who wanted my credit card information and never mentioned auto renew. It was a fraudulent act on the part of wedalert. The people I talked to since paying for advertising were all very rude and obnoxious. They also NEVER responded to emails or phone calls with issueson the advertising once they had your money. To say wedalerts business practices are unethical and fraudulent would be an understatement.
