this company is scam they charge me $300 and crash my computer

This company scams elderly people. They want access to your computer only to find as much wrong as they can. We didn’t ask for their help. They put a message on our screen that our computer had been hacked. Charges us $1019.43 for life. This was on 3/30/20. Then they come back with we are at risk on our VPN. If we don’t pay they must refund all but 10%. They will remove anything they left on our computer. Payment has to be done different. I told them put it in the mail. I saw them on my computer a few hours later. I emailed and told them yo get off my computer. They were calling me for a couple hours and finally stopped. This is a scam for sure. I check out what they had done when I scan my computer, unless they went back when uninstalling their app and it went back on our computer. Everyone out there if you gut tells you this is a scam pay attention. I don’t think we will ever see that check back.

This individual charged my parents $2 for the 'fraudulent email' for a total of $800. This is likely a scam, and they fell for it, just because some alleged message from Microsoft told them to call the number
