Very happy with Webtec Insurance Services and especially my agent, Sabrina ***. I've been working with them for 5 years and have found them to be very pro-active in seeking out affordable coverage and services as rates and insurers tend to change frequently in California. Sabrina is very knowledgeable about the various types of coverage required and offered in California. I've never had to make a 2nd request to any change to my policies; all of my requests have been handled efficiently and quickly. I don't use auto-pay on Earthquake insurance and I received a friend verbal reminder near the payment due date so my coverage wouldn't lapse, which is a level of service I've not encountered before.
Every person I've spoken with at Webtec has been very helpful and nice. I highly recommend this agency.
Thank you for your review. We strive to provide the best customer service possible and it's always great to hear when we meet our expectations. We appreciate you and thank you for your continued business!
I've been with Webtec Insurance for a number of years now and I've never had any issue with them. Anytime I call, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Especially when I called recently inquiring about adding earthquake insurance. My agent gave me several different options so that I would choose what was best for me and my family and buying the policy was incredibly easy with their e-signature process. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
I used Webtec as an insurance broker and they came through with a couple policies. After 20+ years with the AAA, I got good quotes from Webtec for my cars. And I went for it and they dropped the ball. During e-signing on the day before my renewal, I noticed 2 pages of discounts that should have been discussed. Their response was "oh yea", you do qualify. I told them I would pay in full, like my previous policies through them, but on the day of renewal, they said, "Oh, your AAA policy expired today at 12:01am and now you need to take your cars in for pictures". I am single with 2 cars and the location they recommended was open during the week only. I would need to take time off of work and drive each car in for pictures. The entire experience was unprofessional and hap-hazard. Needless to say, I didn't use Webtec for my auto policies and based upon this experience and their poor, "oops" response, I will be moving my other policies. I understand they are a broker and perhaps that is why they were so nonchalant and wasn't aware of key polices from the insurance companies they represent.
