Webster Theater

Review: On the evening of Friday, September 18th, I attended a concert at the Webster theater. Both [redacted](**) and myself, [redacted](**) consented to a mandatory search to enter the building. [redacted] needed to use the restroom, but the restroom was located on the bar side of the venue (21+). I escorted him into the bathroom. Upon leaving the bathroom [redacted] and I were asked to leave the venue met by concert security and one police officer standing outside. We were instructed to empty our pockets, and concert security reached into my pockets without giving me the option of having the police officer conduct the search. After illegally reaching into my pockets and touching my private areas while on the sidewalk outside the building, Concert security did not find any substances on [redacted] or myself, and told us to return inside. I met with the venue manager afterwards who had nothing to offer me but a watered down apology. I am seeking a refund for ticket costs, and fees applied to my purchase used for both tickets on my personal debit card and will retract my complaint upon receiving the funds in total of $70.88 made in two separate purchases on two separate days.Desired Settlement: Please refund my money from the concert in total of $70.88
