Webster & Son Paving

Review: Webster and Son paved my driveway and pitched the asphalt wrong and drained into my garage. I spoke with them and they accepted the issue putting in a drain in front of the garage in which they made me pay for their mistake by buying a linear drain at an additional cost of 1800 dollars. This did not remediate the issue and exasperated the problem. I contacted them again and the answer was that there is a one year warranty on the asphalt. I do understand that unfortunately for them they never have remediated the issue to begin with and what they attempted to fix made it worse and at a cost to me. I also could understand if the water was negligent for the drain being clogged unfortunately the water cannot reach the drain.Desired Settlement: Prior to me filing in civil court with my attorney I would like a outcome of $1800.00 for the drain that was put in at an additional coast to me for their incompetence as well as an additional 1000.00 to have a proper drain placed in that will remediate the 3 inches of water that is in my garage after each snowfall and rain event.
